The Right Tools for Every Team

Enterprise applications are the engines that power daily operations — from email and document collaboration to finance, HR, and customer relationship management. WOHO Solutions helps you select, procure, and manage the licences your organisation needs, ensuring every team has access to the right tools at the right cost.

Productivity Suites

Modern productivity platforms bring together communication, collaboration, and content creation in a single subscription.

Microsoft 365

The industry standard for enterprise productivity. Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and a growing suite of AI-powered Copilot features. Available in Business and Enterprise plans tailored to organisations of all sizes.

Adobe Creative Cloud

The definitive creative toolset for design, video, photography, and web. Access Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and 20+ additional applications under a single subscription — with team management and shared libraries for collaborative workflows.

Line-of-Business Applications

Beyond productivity suites, most organisations depend on specialised software for core business functions.
  • ERP & Finance — Enterprise resource planning and accounting platforms that streamline operations and financial reporting.
  • CRM — Customer relationship management tools that centralise sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and support workflows.
  • HR & Payroll — Human capital management systems for recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, and payroll processing.
  • Project Management — Planning and execution tools that keep teams aligned and projects on track.
  • Security & Compliance — Endpoint protection, identity management, and compliance monitoring solutions.
WOHO can often bundle line-of-business licences with your productivity suite procurement to unlock additional volume discounts.

Licence Types Explained

Understanding the difference between licensing models is essential to making the right investment.
Pay a recurring monthly or annual fee per user or per device. Subscriptions include ongoing access to the latest features, security updates, and vendor support. This model offers lower upfront costs and predictable budgeting.Best for: Organisations that want always-current software, flexible seat counts, and minimal CapEx.Examples: Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, most SaaS platforms.
Purchase a one-time licence that grants the right to use a specific version of the software indefinitely. Updates and support are typically available for an additional annual fee (Software Assurance or maintenance contracts).Best for: Organisations with stable requirements, long hardware refresh cycles, or regulatory constraints that limit automatic updates.Examples: Microsoft Office LTSC, on-premises Windows Server, select enterprise applications.
Per-user licences allow a single person to use the software on multiple devices (desktop, laptop, mobile). Per-device licences cover one machine regardless of who uses it. Per-user licensing is generally more cost-effective for knowledge workers; per-device is better suited for shared workstations, kiosks, or lab environments.
