WOHO Solutions is a Mauritius-based technology company that provides cloud solutions, software licensing, web and digital consulting, and product partnerships. We help businesses adopt, manage, and optimise technology so they can focus on what they do best.
We are headquartered in Mauritius and operate as a cloud-native, remote-first company. We serve clients across Mauritius and internationally — no physical office visit is required.
We work across a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector. Our solutions are adaptable to organisations of any size and sector.

Cloud Solutions

We specialise in Microsoft Azure but also support multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Whether you need public cloud, private cloud, or a combination of both, we can design and manage the right architecture for your workloads.
Absolutely. Cloud migration is one of our core competencies. We handle everything from the initial assessment and planning through to data migration, security configuration, and post-migration support. We have experience migrating email (Exchange to Microsoft 365), file servers, databases, and full application stacks.
Leading cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure invest billions annually in security and hold more compliance certifications than most on-premises data centres. That said, cloud security is a shared responsibility. WOHO helps you configure identity management, access controls, encryption, and monitoring to ensure your cloud environment meets or exceeds your security requirements.
Most cloud services follow a pay-as-you-go model — you pay for the resources you consume. Many services also offer reserved pricing for predictable workloads, which can reduce costs by up to 72%. WOHO helps you optimise spending with right-sizing recommendations, reserved instance planning, and ongoing cost monitoring.
Major cloud providers offer SLAs of 99.9% or higher for most services. WOHO architects solutions with redundancy and disaster recovery in mind, including multi-region deployments and automated failover where appropriate. In the event of an outage, our support team coordinates response and communication.

Licensing

Through our partnerships with Adobe, Microsoft, and Bitdefender, we can procure licences for Microsoft 365, Azure services, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Sign, Bitdefender GravityZone, and related products. If you need licences from other vendors, let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Yes. We offer licence auditing and compliance services to ensure you are properly licensed for the software you use. We identify over-licensing (where you are paying for more than you need) and under-licensing (where you may be at risk of non-compliance).
Subscription licences (such as Microsoft 365 or Adobe Creative Cloud) are paid monthly or annually per user. You get access to the software and updates for the duration of your subscription. When the subscription ends, access to the software stops, but your data is retained for a grace period. WOHO manages renewals and seat adjustments on your behalf.
Most subscription licences can be reassigned from one user to another through the admin console. Reassignment policies vary by vendor — for example, Microsoft allows licence reassignment every 90 days. WOHO handles these changes as part of our licence management service.

Partnerships

WOHO Solutions is an authorised partner of Adobe, Microsoft, and Bitdefender. These partnerships give us access to partner-exclusive pricing, technical resources, and direct vendor support channels that benefit our clients.
No. While we have deep expertise in Adobe, Microsoft, and Bitdefender products, we provide vendor-agnostic advice. If a different solution is a better fit for your needs, we will tell you. Our goal is to solve your problem, not to push a specific product.
As an authorised partner, we can escalate issues directly to Adobe, Microsoft, or Bitdefender support teams on your behalf. In most cases, our own team resolves issues without needing to escalate, but having the direct channel ensures faster resolution for complex problems.

Support

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MUT, GMT+4). For critical system outages or security incidents, we provide 24/7 emergency support via phone and email.

We acknowledge all support requests within one business day. For critical issues (system down, security breach), our on-call team responds as quickly as possible, typically within the hour. Response times for non-critical issues depend on complexity but are usually resolved within one to three business days.
Yes. Beyond one-time projects, we offer ongoing managed services including licence management, security monitoring, cloud infrastructure management, and proactive IT advisory. These services are typically delivered on a monthly retainer basis tailored to your needs.
We are flexible. Some services (such as software licence procurement) are transactional with no ongoing commitment. Managed services and consulting engagements are typically structured as monthly or annual agreements, but we work with you to find an arrangement that fits your budget and timeline.
