Adobe updates the Admin Console regularly, so button labels and menu positions may differ slightly from what you see here. The underlying steps stay the same. If something doesn’t match, contact WOHO and we’ll guide you through it.
Signing in
1
Open the Admin Console
Go to adminconsole.adobe.com in a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox).
2
Sign in with your admin account
Use the email address that was set up as an administrator for your organisation. For most WOHO customers, the first administrator is the person named on the order when your Adobe plan was set up.
3
Select your organisation
If your account belongs to more than one Adobe organisation, for example a personal plan and a company plan, choose your company organisation from the switcher in the top-right corner.
Finding your way around
The Admin Console is organised into tabs across the top of the screen. Depending on your plan (Teams or Enterprise) and your admin role, you may see some or all of these:Key concepts
Users
Users
A user is anyone in your organisation who needs access to Adobe apps or services. Each user is identified by an email address. Adding a user to the Admin Console doesn’t use a licence until you assign them a product.
Products and licences
Products and licences
A product is something your organisation has bought, such as Creative Cloud All Apps, Photoshop, or Acrobat Pro. Each product comes with a number of licences (seats). A licence is used when you assign that product to a user.
Product profiles
Product profiles
A product profile is a way of grouping licences for a product and controlling which apps and services come with it. For example, you might have one Creative Cloud profile with generative AI features turned on and another with them turned off. Assigning a user to a profile gives them the licence and the settings in that profile. Teams plans usually have one default profile per product. Enterprise plans often use several.
User groups
User groups
A user group is a named collection of users, such as “Marketing” or “Design Studio”. Assign a product profile to a group, and every member gets that licence automatically, which saves time when onboarding teams.
Identity types
Identity types
Adobe supports three account types:
- Adobe ID / Business ID: users sign in with their email address and an Adobe-managed password. This is the simplest option and the default for most Teams plans.
- Enterprise ID: accounts owned and controlled by your organisation on a domain you’ve verified, with an Adobe-managed password.
- Federated ID: accounts owned by your organisation that sign in through your own identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) using single sign-on.
