General

WOHO Solutions is a certified Adobe reseller based in Mauritius. We provide local expertise, Mauritian Rupee invoicing, deployment support, licence management, and ongoing technical assistance. Buying through WOHO means you get a local partner who understands the Mauritius business environment, can handle procurement in your preferred currency, and provides hands-on support that Adobe’s global channels cannot match. We serve commercial, education, and government sectors across Mauritius.
WOHO sells the full range of Adobe products available through the Adobe partner programme, including Creative Cloud (individual, Teams, and Enterprise), Acrobat Pro, Adobe Sign (Acrobat Sign), Adobe Stock, Adobe Express, and Adobe Document Cloud solutions. We also assist with enterprise agreements (VIP and ETLA) for large organisations.
Yes. WOHO Solutions is an authorised Adobe reseller. This means we procure licences directly through Adobe’s official channel programme, ensuring you receive genuine licences with full support entitlements, updates, and security patches.
Yes. WOHO Solutions serves clients across all regions of Mauritius, including Port Louis, Ebene, Quatre Bornes, Curepipe, Moka, and all other localities. Our support and consultation are delivered remotely and on-site as needed.
Yes. WOHO Solutions provides support in both English and French, reflecting the bilingual business environment in Mauritius. Documentation and training can be delivered in either language based on your team’s preference.

Purchasing and Pricing

You can request a quote by visiting our contact page and submitting your requirements. Please include the number of users, the Adobe products you are interested in, and whether you need individual, Teams, or Enterprise licensing. A WOHO representative will respond with a tailored quote, typically within one business day.
For Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams and Acrobat Pro for Teams, the minimum purchase is typically one licence (one named-user seat). For enterprise agreements under VIP Select or ETLA, minimum seat counts may apply depending on the programme tier. WOHO can advise on the best programme based on your team size.
WOHO accepts bank transfers, corporate cheques, and other standard business payment methods common in Mauritius. Specific payment terms are discussed during the quoting process. Contact WOHO for details applicable to your organisation.
Yes. WOHO Solutions invoices in Mauritian Rupee (MUR), eliminating the need for your finance team to process foreign currency transactions. This simplifies procurement, accounting, and budget management for Mauritius-based organisations.
Adobe offers annual plans with monthly payments, annual plans with a single upfront payment, and (for some individual plans) true month-to-month subscriptions. Teams and Enterprise plans are typically structured as annual commitments. WOHO can walk you through the billing options and help you choose the most cost-effective arrangement for your organisation.
WOHO proactively manages licence renewals for our customers. Before your current term expires, we will reach out to confirm your seat count, discuss any changes, and process the renewal. If you need to renew immediately or adjust your licences ahead of schedule, simply contact WOHO and we will handle it.
Yes. You can upgrade from a Single App plan to an All Apps plan during your current subscription term. The cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. WOHO can process this upgrade for you and ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to your work.
VIP is Adobe’s volume licensing programme designed for organisations purchasing multiple licences. VIP provides centralised licence management through the Adobe Admin Console, volume discount tiers based on seat count, and flexible add/remove capabilities throughout the contract term. WOHO manages the entire VIP enrolment and administration process on your behalf.
Yes. Through Adobe’s VIP programme, organisations qualify for tiered discounts based on the total number of licences purchased. The more seats you buy, the lower the per-seat cost. WOHO can model the cost savings at different tier levels so you can make an informed procurement decision. Contact us for a volume pricing analysis.

Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud Individual is tied to a single Adobe ID and is designed for freelancers and sole practitioners. Creative Cloud for Teams adds centralised licence management through the Adobe Admin Console, 1 TB of cloud storage per user (versus 100 GB for Individual), dedicated business support from Adobe, team collaboration features including shared libraries, and the ability to reassign licences when team members change. For any organisation with more than one user, Teams is the recommended option.
The Creative Cloud All Apps plan includes more than 20 applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, Animate, Audition, InCopy, Dimension, Adobe Fresco, Adobe Aero, Substance 3D Collection, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Express, and Adobe Firefly (web). The exact application list may be updated by Adobe as new apps are released or retired.
Yes. Each Creative Cloud licence allows installation on multiple devices (both Mac and Windows). However, you can only be signed in and actively using the applications on a limited number of devices at once — typically two devices simultaneously for individual and Teams licences.
A standard Creative Cloud licence allows you to activate (sign in to) up to two devices at a time. If you need to use a third device, you will need to sign out of one of the existing devices first. This applies to both Individual and Teams plans.
Yes. Adobe Express Premium is included with all Creative Cloud paid plans, both Individual and Teams. Express provides a simplified, template-driven design experience with access to Adobe Stock templates, Firefly AI features, and brand management tools. It is particularly useful for non-designers on your team who need to create professional content quickly.
Adobe Stock is not included in standard Creative Cloud plans but can be added as a separate subscription. Stock provides access to millions of royalty-free photos, vectors, illustrations, videos, templates, and 3D assets directly within Creative Cloud applications. WOHO can bundle Adobe Stock with your Creative Cloud licences for a combined quote. Stock plans are available in various tiers based on the number of assets you need per month.

Acrobat

Acrobat Pro includes comprehensive PDF creation, editing, and conversion tools; electronic signature capabilities (Acrobat Sign); AI Assistant for document summarisation and Q&A; advanced form creation; PDF redaction and security features; comparison tools to identify differences between document versions; accessibility compliance tools; and integration with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and other business systems.
Acrobat Reader is a free application that allows you to view, print, and comment on PDFs. Acrobat Pro is a paid subscription that adds the ability to create, edit, convert, combine, sign, protect, and redact PDFs, plus access to AI Assistant and advanced collaboration features. For business use, Acrobat Pro is the recommended option.
Yes. Acrobat Pro is included in the Creative Cloud All Apps plan for both Individual and Teams subscriptions. If you already have a Creative Cloud All Apps licence, you do not need a separate Acrobat Pro subscription.
Yes. Acrobat Pro is available as a standalone subscription, separate from Creative Cloud. This is the ideal option for professionals who need PDF tools but do not require the full creative suite. Standalone Acrobat Pro includes the same features as the version bundled with Creative Cloud. Contact WOHO for standalone Acrobat Pro pricing.

Adobe Sign

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally recognised in Mauritius under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000. Adobe Sign (Acrobat Sign) is compliant with this legislation as well as international e-signature frameworks including the EU eIDAS Regulation, the US ESIGN Act, and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures. Documents signed through Adobe Sign are legally binding and enforceable in Mauritius courts.
Yes. Recipients do not need an Adobe account, an Adobe subscription, or any installed software to sign documents sent through Adobe Sign. They receive an email with a link, click through to a secure web-based signing experience, and sign using any modern browser on desktop or mobile. This makes it frictionless to collect signatures from clients, vendors, and partners who do not use Adobe products.
Adobe Sign integrates natively with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Workspace, SAP, Workday, and many other enterprise platforms. It also provides a REST API for custom integrations. WOHO can help you configure integrations with your existing business systems.

Education

Yes. Adobe provides discounted pricing for qualifying educational institutions, and WOHO facilitates these education licences in Mauritius. Education pricing is available for primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, universities, and other accredited educational organisations. Contact WOHO with your institution details for an education-tier quote.
To qualify for education pricing, institutions typically need to provide proof of accreditation or official registration as an educational body. This may include a copy of your institution’s registration certificate, accreditation documentation, or a letter on official letterhead. WOHO will guide you through the eligibility verification process.
Licences assigned through an institutional education agreement belong to the institution, not the individual student. When a student graduates or leaves, the licence is reassigned to another student. However, students can purchase their own individual Creative Cloud plan at a student discount rate (where available) to continue using Adobe tools after graduation.
Yes. WOHO supports shared-device licensing for computer labs, classrooms, and library workstations. Adobe offers device-based licences through its enterprise programmes that allow multiple students and staff to use Creative Cloud applications on shared machines without individual sign-in. WOHO handles the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of these lab environments.

Government

Yes. WOHO Solutions serves government agencies and public sector organisations across Mauritius. We understand public sector procurement processes and can provide the documentation, quotations, and compliance information required for government purchasing. Adobe products are widely used by government agencies globally for document management, creative communications, and digital signatures.
Government procurement requirements vary by agency and department. WOHO can provide formal quotations, product specifications, and compliance documentation to support your procurement process — whether that involves direct purchase, tender response, or framework agreements. We work with your procurement team to ensure all required documentation is in order.
Adobe maintains data centres in multiple global regions and complies with international security standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR. Adobe applications are installed and run locally on your devices, with cloud features being optional for most workflows. For government organisations with specific data residency or classification requirements, WOHO can advise on deployment configurations that balance functionality with your security and compliance obligations.

AI and Firefly

Yes. All AI and Firefly features built into your licensed Adobe applications are included in your subscription at no additional cost. There is no separate AI add-on to purchase. Generative credits for Firefly features are also allocated as part of paid Creative Cloud plans. See our Adobe AI and Firefly page for full details.
Yes. Adobe Firefly is trained exclusively on Adobe Stock, openly licensed content, and public domain material — not on scraped web content. Adobe also offers IP indemnification on eligible plans, taking on legal liability if a copyright claim is raised against Firefly-generated output. This makes Firefly one of the safest generative AI tools available for commercial and business use. Content Credentials embedded in Firefly output provide transparent disclosure of AI involvement.
Generative credits are a monthly allocation that governs how many Firefly-powered AI generations you can perform at full speed. Different plans include different credit amounts — for example, Creative Cloud All Apps includes 1,000 credits per month. Credits refresh each billing cycle. If you exhaust your credits before the cycle resets, AI features continue to work but at reduced processing speed — you are never fully cut off.
